Russia’s Road to Space - the Russian Academy of Sciences has published a space exploration road map for the time frame of 2012 to 2025. The plan does not include the human spaceflight segment, but shows a wide spread of exploring asteroids, the Moon, Venus, Mars, Jupiter, and the Sun.
There are several sample return missions from various destinations (including the Mars’ moon Phobos and Mars itself). Also, the plan calls for using robotic missions to establish a landing station on the Moon in support of constructing a permanent human base on the Moon by  2026. Zoom
